I’m Aisha Popoola LPC, a licensed psychotherapist based in Pennsylvania. I earned my BSc in Psychology from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, and earned my Master’s degrees in Counseling & Mental Health Services and Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania.  

My drive and passion for mental health extends on a global scale from breaking barriers and creating awareness in Nigerian communities and the US. As a trained social justice and racial literary clinician I help enlighten others about mental health while also passionately advocating for clients, ensuring they receive the necessary services as they embark on their journeys toward healing

My therapeutic style consists of a toolbox for various evidence-based treatment interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and racial empowerment. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, singing, and dancing.

I'm Paula Bamgbose-Martins, LPC, LCPC, LPCMH, and I specialize in systems and trauma therapy. I am the Founder and Lead Psychotherapist of The Human Therapist LLC a Philadelphia-based Multistate Private Practice.

I earned my BSc in Psychology from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, and my Master’s degrees in Counseling and Mental Health Services and Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

My passion and expertise in the field of mental health have continuously served as a driving force in providing services to clients with intersectional identities from Nigerian and marginalized communities in the US. 

In my practice, I utilize evidence-based, culturally sensitive modalities like CBT, EMDR, MBSR, and ESFT to support my clients' well-being and growth. Outside of my professional life, I find joy in singing, practicing yoga, enjoying bubble baths, traveling, and indulging in episodes of Bravo TV shows.
